Am I too small to need this?
Almost certainly not. The Essential tier exists for exactly this — businesses that just need organized, tax-ready books and a little breathing room. Starting earlier usually means less cleanup later.
Do I have to be a bookkeeping client to work with you?
No. Strategy and advisory are open to everyone through sessions and a standalone retainer. Only ongoing bookkeeping and tax filing require the ongoing relationship — everything else, you can access on its own.
Is tax filing included?
Tax filing is built into the Growth and Strategic tiers and available as an add-on on Essential. Because accurate returns depend on accurate books, we file for the businesses whose books we keep.
My books are a mess / I'm years behind. Can you still help?
Yes — that's what Cleanup & Catch-Up is for. We reconstruct your books from your real records and documents, never from guesswork, and get you to a clean starting point before anything ongoing begins.
What software do you use for bookkeeping?
We work across several platforms and can meet you where you already are — we'll talk through what you're using (or should be using) on a call and go from there.
Do you meet in person?
We're primarily virtual, which keeps things efficient for clients anywhere. In-person work is available under Done-For-You projects and higher-touch advisory, by arrangement.
